Spearheaded the rebranding of a bi-annual artist conference by successfully using User Research & Service Design methods to create a holistic, 360° brand experience for 300+ art professionals including curators, writers, producers, filmmakers, and visual artists.
DEVELOPMENT PROCESS //
The branding process took place in the midst of organizational change. Due to this, there was a strong focus put on cross-functional collaboration within the Organization to aid in the success of the conference. Using geometric figures and complementary colors from previous brand guidelines, I decided to base the new brand identity for the conference on the theme of “Networking” and “Networks”, to showcase the value of ‘togetherness’ within the Organization. In addition, this became the theme of the whole conference as we promoted the power of unity and collaboration to foster innovative and brave ideas.
Optimized User Experience (UX) and scaled brand awareness though the design and development of a mobile application (Result: 500+ downloads in iOS and Google Play stores), brochures, digital screens & displays, maps, signage, badges, and swag.
